ALL PONO offers two (2) parent workshops per year at no charge.  Participation in one (1) PCA workshop a year is MANDATORY. All players that are non-compliant will NOT be able to play Pony League until it is completed via live course or online. 

If you did not attend a workshop this year, the ONLINE COURSE must be completed at your own expense (approx. $30).  (See Online Course Instructions below.)

Coaches and parents have the biggest influence on a child's sports exerience. For this reason, All PONO partners with Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA)—Hawai‘i, to further our mission of instilling "PONO...Do What Is Right!" values through sports.  Two (2) PCA workshops are offered to All PONO member parents and coaches annually—free of charge.  

Through PCA and its resources, All PONO seeks to provide a Development Zone™ culture, where the goal is to develop Better Athletes, Better People:

  • The Double-Goal Coach®, who strives to win while also pursuing the more important goal of teaching life lessons through sports

  • The Second-Goal Parent®, who concentrates on life lessons, while letting coaches and athletes focus on competing

  • The Triple-Impact Competitor®, who strives to impact sport on three levels by improving oneself, teammates and the game as a whole.
